Event Cancellation Policy

  1. Luncheon/Event cancellations must be received prior to NOON five business days before the luncheon/event to receive a full refund.
  2. No-show's and late cancellations will be charged the full luncheon/event price.
  3. If you would like to send a substitute, you are welcome — just be sure to contact a Red Horizon event coordinator to notify us in advance.
